Our new legal centre: terms, privacy and AI policy in one place
We have published updated terms of service, a withdrawal and refund policy, an AI policy under the EU AI Act and more, all in English and Lithuanian.
Clear rules build trust. Our new legal centre brings together all documents that govern our website and services, aligned with the GDPR, the EU AI Act, the Digital Services Act and EU consumer law.
What is new
- Terms of service covering accounts, orders, payments and every service we provide;
- a withdrawal and refund policy with the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers;
- an AI policy describing how we develop and use AI under the EU AI Act;
- a data processing agreement, an acceptable use policy, a vulnerability disclosure policy and an accessibility statement.
