Report abuse

Kodvalley does not tolerate abuse of its network, servers or services. If you see spam, phishing, malware, attacks or illegal content coming from a Kodvalley IP address, domain or service, report it here. Every report is reviewed by our trust and safety team.

Acknowledged within 24 hoursEvery report receives a reference number and a reply.

Phishing and malware firstActive phishing, malware and attacks are reviewed within 4 hours.

Confidential handlingYour identity is not shared with the reported customer unless the law requires it.

What you can report

Abuse categories

Choose the category that fits best. Clear evidence lets us act faster.

Spam

Unsolicited bulk e-mail, SMS or messages sent from our network or advertising a site we host.

Please include: full e-mail headers, sending IP, date and time with time zone.

Phishing and fraud

Sites or messages that imitate a brand to steal passwords, payment data or money.

Please include: the exact URL, a screenshot, the e-mail that led to it.

Malware and botnets

Malware distribution, command and control servers, compromised hosts, cryptojacking.

Please include: URL or IP, file hash (SHA-256), sandbox report link.

Attacks and intrusion

DDoS, port scanning, brute force, exploitation attempts from a Kodvalley IP address.

Please include: source IP, target, logs with timestamps and time zone.

Copyright and trademark

Content that infringes your copyright or trademark (notice and takedown).

Please include: the protected work, the infringing URL, proof of rights, a statement of good faith.

Illegal content

Content that is illegal under EU or Lithuanian law, including terrorist content and child sexual abuse material.

Please include: the URL. Never download or forward illegal material.

Privacy and personal data

Personal data published or processed without a legal basis, doxxing, data leaks.

Please include: the URL, which data is affected, your relation to the data subject.

Other abuse

Anything else that breaks our acceptable use policy, such as open relays or proxies.

Please include: what happened, where and when.

How we handle reports

From report to resolution

We follow the EU Digital Services Act notice and action principles: every notice is processed diligently, objectively and in a timely manner.

A good report contains

  • The IP address, domain or exact URL concerned
  • Date, time and time zone of the activity
  • Logs, e-mail headers or screenshots as evidence
  • For rights claims: proof that you hold the rights
  • Your contact details so we can follow up

    Received

    You get a reference number by e-mail straight away.

  2. 02

    Verified

    Our team checks the evidence and identifies the service and the customer concerned.

  3. 03

    Action taken

    The customer is asked to fix the issue within a deadline. In severe or urgent cases, such as active phishing or malware, the service is suspended immediately.

  4. 04

    Closed

    We confirm the outcome to you. Repeat abuse leads to termination of the service.
