3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your servers and accounts, including updates, strong credentials and monitoring. If your system is compromised and used for abuse, you must remedy the situation promptly.
4. Reporting abuse
Anyone can report illegal content or abuse originating from our network through our abuse reporting form or to abuse@kodvalley.com. Notices should contain the exact location (IP address or URL), a description and, where possible, evidence. We handle notices diligently, objectively and in a timely manner, in line with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act.
5. Enforcement
Depending on the severity, we may request the customer to remove content or fix the issue within a deadline, restrict access to specific content, suspend the service or terminate the contract. In urgent cases, such as active phishing, malware distribution or attacks, we may act immediately. Where we restrict content, we inform the affected customer with a statement of reasons under Article 17 of the Digital Services Act, unless the law or an authority prohibits this.
6. Complaints
If you disagree with a decision we made about your content or service, you can contact legal@kodvalley.com within six months. We review the decision under the supervision of a person who was not involved in the original decision and inform you of the result.
7. Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with competent authorities and respond to lawful orders. We inform authorities without delay when we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion that a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of persons has taken place or is likely to take place.
