Accessibility statement
Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA and how to report barriers.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
MB Kodvalley wants kodvalley.com and the client portal to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement reflects the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which applies to e-commerce services from 28 June 2025, and the harmonised standard EN 301 549.
1. Our standard
We design and test the website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which EN 301 549 references for web content.
2. What we have done
- semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks;
- full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and icons hidden from assistive technology when decorative;
- colour contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and controls;
- responsive layouts that work at 400% zoom and on small screens;
- animations that respect the reduced motion setting of your device;
- form fields with labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
3. Compliance status
We believe the website is largely compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Known limitations:
- some illustrative product previews are simplified images of interfaces and are hidden from screen readers, because the same information is provided in the text;
- some PDF documents provided by third parties, such as EU project results, may not be fully accessible.
4. Feedback and alternative formats
If you encounter a barrier or need information in an accessible format, contact us at info@kodvalley.com or +370 659 95 038. We respond within 5 working days and will provide the information in another way where we cannot fix the barrier immediately.
5. Review
We review accessibility with every major release and update this statement at least once a year.
